Guten Morgen. We leave Munich today for Salzburg. A single train to Austria with no transfers today. The Rothenburg to Munich trains went well and Hotel Torbrau has been a great base for us. We have walked to the Hoffbrau Haus, Viktuelen Markt with lots of vendors for foods and goods and beir gardens. First night was a wonderful meal at Spaten Haus. Then walking the next day through old city Munich and lots of history. And of course a few stops, like when we happened upon the Schmidt Sohn Weiss Haus for a fresh half litre of Adventius. Lot’s of good food at various stops. Charles I am trying to get the Frauen in shape for some hiking! And looking forward to some Swiss Bier but first Austria.

Our travel tomorrow will take us to our estate on Sand Lake.
We arrive in Switzerland late Monday afternoon. Mary my girls are not bike riders, but Fahrader very popular in Munich. Looks like difficult driving, glad we left it to the taxi driver, He took an aggressive mode and got us to the hotel quickly! small streets and see people pull up the curbs and park and even in Salzburg park on either side of the road!
